When formulating Moondays we worked with doctors and scientists to prove out our hypothesis, that much of the PMS discomfort that women experience is caused by nutrient deficiency. We can address gaps in our nutrition with diet changes or supplementation. With Moondays, you can do both at the same time. By snacking on our candy, you are both supplementing your diet, and satisfying PMS cravings for sweets.

Why Eat PMS Candy?

Women, especially those with nutrient deficiencies , tend to crave candy during their periods. We figured, if women are already eating candy, why not provide a BFY (Better for you) version of candy that actually helps with underlying issues. Our candy is fortified with ingredients shown in scientific studies* to alleviate common PMS symptoms like pain, bloating, and mood changes.

What's Inside?

When working on the formulation for Moondays, we research common PMS symptoms and natural remedies for addressing them. We found that there were many effective vitamins and minerals, like magnesium, lemon balm, and calcium. We also realized that it was hard to get all of the ingredients in one place.
